Some hospitals also provide secured patient portal to allow you to get access to the medical reports.  You may ask the hospitals to find out if this service is available and how to get access to the portal.

Recently, we have increased demand of patient-initiated requests to have their reports sent via Email. This is not ideal, especially due to security concern.  If you really wish to do so, we would like you to read and sign the consent form first. We also charge a $20 fee to cover the management cost. In the new era of Covid -19, we would like you to practice social distancing and avoid coming to office just for getting the copies.
